Meal Plan

Here it is....the weekly plan.

Monday:  Thai Chicken Wraps

Tuesday:  Puerto Rican Beef

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
          Sub coconut oil or EVOO for vegetable oil
          Sub arrowroot for cornstarch
          Will use tamari sauce instead of regular soy sauce
          Eliminate the sugar.  May use honey, but probably won't.
          Will serve over cauliflower rice or salad

Thursday: Free Day

Friday:  Chili

Saturday:  I cannot decide.  I'll think about it more and get back to you....

Sunday:  Roast with Sweet Potatoes and Carrots
       I plan to do a post soon about making your own seasonings and how I make my roasts will be included....stay tuned.
